Sports hall, entrance portal implementation

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to develop a construction-technological project for a technological phase of the project realization - the construction of a sports hall entrance portal in Jinřichův Hradec. The construction-technological project deals mainly with the technological procedures for boarding, fortifying and concreting of the vertical monolithic construction of the entrance portal. The project also includes a time schedule of the construction, budget, project of a device, controling and piloting plans for operation pursuing, principles of construction organization and solution of safety operation. The project also contains a design of the constructional situation, an arrangement‘s building site drawing as well as the drawing of the boarding.

Selected parts of the Construction-technology Project for construction of Administration and Flat Buildings complex Sochorova

Masters thesis is engaged of chosen parts of technological-buildig project of administrativ and housing complex of Sochorova in Brno, Žabovřesky. Contains technological-buildig study of first phase with brief description of advancement of construction with grafical scripts of particular steps, timetable and pecuniarytable of objects AB3, AB4, diagrams with various possibilities of using operatives. Thesis continous with calculation of entire first phase and item budged of object AB3(draft construction), statement of masurement, technical report of construction-technological AB3, plan of situaction of the building, technological manual of reiforced concrete ceiling of AB3 including plan of planking parts PERI, timetable, design of construction site equipment with technical report, proposal of machineries and crane, plane of inspections for chosen items, ecology and report about safety and health protecting on construction site.

Hospital in Pardubice - preparation and organization of extension Pavilion

This thesis discusses the preparation and organization of the extension construction of multi-purpose Pavilion in Pardubice hospital. The thesis contains a summary accompanying technical report, technical regulations for CFA piles and contact insulation system. Those 3 regulations have developed inspection and test plans. Next parts od the work are time schedule and an itemized budget of the pavilion, time and financial plan of the whole building, Occupational safety and health instructions, environmental issues during the construction, design of mechanical set, system of construction site project. There is also noise study made during the implementation of the construction of the pavilion. Finally there is also situation of construction, CFA pilot implementation scheme and contract.
